Principals Message
Dear Families
Kindergarten 2022 Information Evening
Thank you to the parents who were able to attend the Kindergarten 2022 Enrolment Information Night last Tuesday. I was warmed to see many of our siblings' parents attend the meeting as well. We have received some very positive feedback from our new parents who attended. Those parents who are enrolling students for 2022 will be informed shortly of the dates for interviews to be held. If you know anyone with a child starting school in 2022, please let them know that they are very welcome to come and learn more about our beautiful school.
National Sorry Day
On Tuesday 26 May, we acknowledged National Sorry Day as a school. It’s a day for people to come together and share honestly about the steps that are being taken to heal the trauma associated with the forced removal of children from their families and communities – children who lost their cultural and familial identities and many of whom never saw their families again.
Kinder led us in a beautiful Liturgy and we listened to the story of 'Sorry Day'. The Kinders taught us some important lessons about what 'sorry' means.
We wish them much joy during this wonderful time as a family.

CURRENT COVID GUIDELINES
- Students and staff with even mild symptoms of COVID 19 are not to attend school. Parents of symptomatic children should provide evidence of a negative result prior to returning to school. In circumstances where children have other medical reasons for recurrent symptoms, a letter from the GP is sufficient to negate the requirement for a negative test.
- We will continue our regular COVID safe practices of student's hand sanitising on entry to the classrooms and after mealtimes and during the day.
